I am at multi-structural because I can describe the traits of an effective leader  

over the past week we have been leaning about traits of an effective leader.

our class come up with six traits 

Integrity, Trustworthy,Resilient, Active thinker,Goal focused,Motivational.

Here is a activity we had to do about fair chocolate. what we had to do was write what  traits the main character was and why

My next step is to get to relational I can compare and contrast the traits of a different leader
